Hi. I paid for a flight through JustFly as I always do. I purchased a ticket a month ahead of time to go to the Caribbean. The day of my flight I was checking in online for Spirit Airlines because they charge more to check bags etc at airport. As I was checking in online everything was processing properly until I put my credit card info to pay for bags before doing a final check in. Before I hit send I noticed and THANK GOD I noticed that all my info was replaced with this agency Voyages A La Carte. Their address was in the place of my billing address for my credit card billing address and my name was replaced with MR. VOYAGES A LA CARTE. and a message saying my trip was cancelled so I decided not to finish checking in and not to hit payment send... I was stressed out because I did not know if this person or business had cancelled my flights.. I never gave this business the authority to replace my info especially for my credit card billing address to be changed.

They are taking peoples money because I read reviews. THANK GOD I saw my information was replaced with their info. I took screen shots. People may not catch the replacement of info while checking in because it was quick. They need to be stopped because it is not right. I did make my flight because I explained at the Spirit Airlines checkin what had happened and they went out of their way to help me and assisted me with bag checkin without extra fees.
