Ordered dress from South Carolina store from on line advertisement. Product took several weeks for delivery.

Poor quality, fabric not as pictured, sized wrong.

I tried to contact the company for a return label. No paperwork included with dress. Email addresses were not delivered. Offered me $7.00 US currency as a refund instead of $70.00 credit,

I would like their site listed as a fraudulent site and shut down.

This is not an American company and us not a South Carolina, made in America,

Product!

Thank you,

Donna Snell

Purchased a dress and pantsuit. it was delivered with no return address. The outfits were too large and material was cheap. Called customer service listed and I was to text my problem. Someone called me back and wanted me to go on my computer. I was using my cell phone at the time.

It sounded like a scam so I didn’t respond.

After many calls to their site I rec’d a reply that they would refund me back $8.00 for each item and that I could keep the clothing.

I have no return address to return the items to and want a refund for my purchase.

I’ve been scammed and am upset that this Company can keep doing this to customers and get away with it.

They should be shut down.

They are still on Facebook selling clothing and ripping people off

Purchased three different dresses in sizes according to their sizing measurements. All three dresses arrived but none of the three fit, at least 2-3 sizes smaller than what should have been. They refused to give me full credit of the return. They said they would give me $44.00 credit. They continued to bargain with me on what they would refund me. They said they could refund me no more than $90 after I continue to challenge them. The company claims they have a manufacturing business in Columbia, SC. I was told during my request of return and refund the shipping must go to Dubai. I finally accepted the $90, keeping all three dresses. I will try to sell them on my own to make up for the money loss. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The Kenzie Company Limited 48 Warwick street, London, W1B 5AW Company Number:12606010 advertising on social media ie) Facebook as many time changing names such as : Valanio, Gabrinl, Lerelo, Grigne, Clanye, Rovahi, Henule, Almeye, Tammy, Ryabe, Keppal, Ezacel, Vuype, Orwya, Rowye, Kisyee attempts to sell clothing items made in South Carolina of high quality. The company is false advertising. It does not have a phone number so that you can communicate with customer service. Trust me I have been hit with one of these fake companies dress advertisements. Also stopped one of my friends from losing her hard earned cash. The merchandise is flea market quality if you ever receive it!

- Saint Petersburg, FL, USA

Valanio (from their website valanio.com) advertised beautiful, good quality clothing through pictures on Facebook. They advertised that all the clothing is manufactured in and shipped from Columbia, SC, USA. But when the clothes arrived they had a sticker on them saying made in China as well as the fabric quality was extremely poor, it was printed poorly and very thin as if about to disintegrate. I lost $85.00 on this order. This company is a scam hustling people to buy something that is not what they advertise. I have worked in the textile industry and can see this fabric is extremely poor quality. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but they will not refund my money. They need to be stopped.

- Woodbridge, NJ, USA

The company is a clothing company falsely advertised as a US Company based in South Carolina. Only reason I finally caved and bought two what I thought were cute sweaters, based on the reviews and it was a US company. They also claim to have a full refund policy. They advertise on their website they ship directly from their shop in South Carolina. I received the sweaters from China! Two weeks after ordering. They looked horrible on and made of poor quality. I contacted them immediately to start the return policy as you have 30 days from receipt of goods. They took a few days to initially to answer me back through emails, however, they said they could only refund $15.00 and would i accept. I said no, not after i spent 89.00, unacceptable. Then they offered two days later $23.00. I offered to file a complaint with ScamPulse.com and I stopped payment immediately through Klarna (payment account much like Paypal, not directly out of my bank but through third party payer). So I only made two payments on the two sweaters at that point as it is done in 4 payments every two weeks. So I stopped it before they could go in and take another 22.00. I'm good with that but I want people to know not to use this company.

Saw ad on Facebook. Order 3 tops for $109.22. Website indicates made in South Carolina USA, quality guarantee, 30 day money back guarantee, etc. product received appears to be from china. Poor quality and size is not accurate. They will not authorize return for credit. They offered me $45, then $70 then $80. No phone number only email. Not acceptable. I have also made a claim to my credit card company.

- Beverly, MA, USA

I placed an order on Valanio.com and received an alert from my credit card this was an international transaction. Website says everything made in South Carolina. Website also says you can cancel within 24 hours And returns are easy. None of this is true! They didn’t cancel my order, they won’t give return info and give me a credit. I lost $85.00. I tried emailing [email protected]. This company should be shut down! I opened a dispute with my credit card with hopes of a full credit.

Advertised on Facebook, clothing made in South Carolina, ordered 2 dresses on website. Dresses received ,incorrectly sized unable wear . Return policy states that I need to go to [email protected] and request a return authorization . service @valanio.com took me to 6pm.com. This company says no such order number exists and they don't know who Valanio is. After many attempts I was able to contact Valanio by email. First they offered to exchange the dresses , which I refused stating return only, now they are willing to compensate me $28. Refused all offers want return only. No replies.

- Doylestown, PA, USA

Company (Valanio, from Valanio.com through Facebook) advertises on Facebook showing clothing that they say is made in South Carolina. When I received the confirmation, I realized it was not. I researched further and found that this company is not a US based company and the merchandise is not as advertised. I lost $95.00.

- Weiser, ID, USA

Women's fashions advertised on Facebook as ValaNio.com. I ordered blouse on 04/09/2023; received PayPal receipt from "Dress Fashion". On 04/13/2023 email stated "We've Shipped Your Order", USPS Tracking Number issued however USPS link states "not in the system".

Twice since then, 04/18/2023 and 04/23/2023 my email correspondence to them at [email protected] has been useless.

Today on Facebook there were NUMEROUS advertisements with the same fashions/pictures, verbiage "Made in South Carolina" and 'cloned' webpages under different names: Gabrinl.com, Keppal.com, Pappya.com, Crigne.com, Ryabe.com, Tiywe.com, Dassica.com, Vyile.com, Soyxe.com, Rycuv.com, Eszai-Fashion.com, Arhiy.com, Eriony.com, Arwop.com, Nicelegant.com, Klynu.com, Kyzue.com, Fynur.com, Alxoy.com, Capatee.com, Peagy.com, Dyave-shop.com; I am sure there are more. This is when I realized I was scammed. I immediately contacted my charge card company and reported a fraud case.

First - they advertise clothing to be made in South Carolina, U.S.

Second - they charged my credit card more than my receipt. I ordered from Valanio (Valanio.com) and they charged me $101.63 on my credit card yet my receipt says $80.73.

Third - they will not offer a full refund authorization for product return.

Forth - the return address is in NY not SC.

Item labels state Made in China (The only reason I ordered from this company was they stated ALL items made in South Carolina, U.S.

I ordered 2 blouses. I had to email numerous times to get the white blouse, which they stated they sent.

After discovering the items were made in China (even though they state they were made here) I am attempting to send them back, but need a return authorization label. They first offered me $30 and keep the items, then $45, then final offer $60 and if I must send them back gave me the 14709 182 ND ST Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 address in the USA. So even if I trusted them enough to do this I am still out $41.63 from the total $102 I paid.

- Pine Grove, PA, USA

Ordered 2 dresses from the website Valanio.com; disappointed and did not want either. Valanio refused to provide label or address to return; refused to credit full refund. Website states made in USA. Last email of 7 offered $43; stated address is in Dubai. I lost $53.00. Reported to my credit card company; received temporary credit for full price. Investigating.

I ordered from Valanio (their website is [email protected]) and paid/received 3 tops. Only 1 top fit. I requested an "authorization form within 30 days" as per their posted return policy. They responded via email that they'll refund $25 and I can keep the tops. I refused. Their second email response was similar but offering $30. I again refused. Their third response was offered $42 and suggested I give the two tops that don't fit to Goodwill. I again refused, said I want a full refund for the two tops, which came to $80, and that it was up to them whether they wanted the tops back or not. Awaiting their response.

I ordered 10 items from the Valanio website (Valanio.com) that pops up on Facebook all the time. They had great reviews as well. I entered my correct address to send the package too and used my debit card to pay for the items and received free shipping. I lost $270.00 on this order. I received an email saying my items have shipped. I had not received the package after almost 2 weeks so I found the email and clicked on the tracking link and the package had been in my city but then went to a small town north of me and then back to my city and then to Denver, CO. I was like what the heck so I started digging and saw that my zip code was one digit off. I did not enter my address wrong, I would have noticed that the wrong town was showing, I went back to the email with my original order and my address was correct. So I sent an email to [email protected] and they said they could send my order back out but I needed to pay $15.00 postage and to go to a website called [email protected] to pay the 15 dollars postage and then send them a screenshot of the payment and they would send it right out. I told them that I am not paying any postage because I had free shipping and that I am not paying anymore money and that I wanted a full refund. They said they would refund me the money less the 15 dollars for shipping. I sent an email back and said it was not my fault that someone in their shipping department made a mistake entering my address and I expected a full refund and I have heard nothing back and still have no refund over 30 days since the last email. They do go by many names but you cannot find any phone number or address and I asked for a phone call and have received nothing.

I ordered from this company before and all went well.

However I ordered again from Valanio (their website is Valanio.com) on January 18th, 2023, 4 items totalling $149.96 via my credit card. (Their order number *******) I was told I would get my order in 1-2 weeks. It is now about 3 weeks and I have heard nothing about my order so I called the above phone number. I called two times. First time it indicated for me to check the number. Second time the phone disconnected. Was about to call the third time when my phone rang coming from the same number I was calling. I questioned the person if he was from Valanio.

He indicated he was. He asked my order number and my name. Then asked my email address and then said he would send me an email in a half hour .with a tracking number so I could check the status of my order. Before I even checked for the email he called back saying I would have to fill out a form for a refund. I asked why couldn't they send me my order and he said they couldn't and then the phone disconnected. I just want to warn others about this company. They took my money via my credit card. Luckily when I called my credit card company they said they would take the charge off.

I bought 3 dresses from a website called Valanio. The front page stated the products were shipped from USA or UK. Took longer than expected to receive the package. The quality of the dresses was poor and they didn’t fit, which itself can happen. The return policy section stated easy return, didn’t specify particular returning criterias other than returning the clothes in mint condition. So as instructed, I contacted customer service at [email protected] They then proceded by offering me to keep the clothes in exchange of different amounts of money. At first 35$, then 50$, then they offered 65$ OR I can ship back the products at No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd Dubai UAE +852 81990571
By googling the address I found other reports of similar scams used under different companies using the exact same address. In fact they all use the same pictures so they’re recognizable. Do not send back your items, I have accepted the 65$ refund but I very much doubt I will see any processed on my card. If this happened to you call your bank to secure your payment method, might need to cancel your credit card.

I purchased a dress for 60.98 and it came late. wanting to return. They will not let me and offered me 9.00 to keep it. On the return policy it said as long as it is in the original packaging and with tags I had 20 days to return. I have been trying to get a return slip and talking with their representative at valanio for 2 days and keep getting run around. The telephone number they gave me is not correct.

I purchased 5 tops from Valanio. None fit - too small. I emailed the company, as instructed on the website, to arrange for authorization for returns. First they offered me $32.00 and told me to keep the merchandise. I declined. Second, they offered me $64.00 and still keep the merchandise. I again declined. Next they gave me a "final" offer of an $80.00 and keep the merchandise. I now tell them they are out of line, I want my full refund. They claim the clothes are made in the US and UK, but then say they have to be shipped back to Dubai. They also claim "Easy returns" and refunds.

I browsed the ValaNio catalog which seemed professionally produced, and noted that the site promised free shipping for orders over $79 and easy returns. I selected a business casual outfit (black & white top with black pants) and what looked like a pretty blouse to wear with pants or a skirt. When the items arrived, I realized that the fabrics were far too warm for summer wear. Moreover, the material for the top and pants were similar to what would be used for a windbreaker or children's tent -- not at all a "business casual" look. I immediately requested a return authorization and for about two weeks went back and forth via email with customer service. I was offered an increasing amount of money (beginning with $18, ending with $48, on a purchase of $91.98) to keep the items and receive a refund, with no particular timeline given for the refund, though the website claims it would be within 30 days. I was informed that shipping to Asia would be too expensive and was never given a return authorization. This company claims what looks like a non-existent address in London, UK, but the USPS tracking slip indicated that shipping originated in Springfield, New York. I did not accept the offer (though I didn't refuse it either), but contested the charge on my credit card. The dispute has not yet been resolved.
