Representative came to my home and presented like he was with AEP/Columbia Gas and already had all relevant information. Asked for information as if he was verifying it. Manipulated the conversation by acting as if this was something automatic, already done and there was nothing new I was agreeing to. Spoke with representatives on the phone that were equally unhelpful. Business model is manipulative and hurtful
