I placed an order with "QVC SHOP" on Dec 31, 2024. I never received my goods. The company showed one name for advertising, a new one ordering and then a totally different name for customer service. I reached out to blooms-body and they said the order was delivered on Feb 5, 2025. They told me to reach out to the USPS, which I did. They have no record of the phony tracing number I was provided, I have Ring cameras and I also subscribe to Informed Delivery and have screen shots of no package ever passing through the USPS. Subsequent searches of this company shows that nobody has ever received their goods from them and they are a scam.
