Caller said I had won a sweepstakes and was entitled to $975,000.00. But I had to send 1% of the prize amount ($9,750.00) to bond the transaction because of the patriot act.

When I did not bite. I eventually got a call from the National Gaming Control Board and he said that if I did not act within 72 hours the money would be (reallocated?) That I must call the U.S.Sweepstakes company and then call back to the National Gaming Control Board to verify the transaction.
