Ordered a product it didn't show up. Emailed them about it and they said they'd send another one. That one didn't show up tried to get a refund they ignored the request and tried to get me to wait for another replacement. I did but still nothing showed up. Threatened to make a complaint and any legal action I could still was ignored and told to wait for them to ship another product. It's been over 3 months since I tried originally ordering this product. They have a 45 day money back policy listed on there website that I tried invoking multiple times and they simply refuse to give me my money back.
