On 9/25/25 my daughter purchased a Woman’s Dress from the Peppermayo website. She paid for Express 1-3 day shipping. The package has not been delivered. Peppermayo has not responded to emails or calls.

I ordered a dress from Peppermayo. A shipping label was immediately created through USPS. It has been almost 2 weeks now and the tracking information has not changed. It still says label created, because USPS has not received the item from Peppermayo. I have sent multiple emails. I have called the customer service number which goes straight to voicemail. I have message them on multiple different social media platforms. I have received no response for my request for help and information. Looking at their social media, pages, their comments are flooded with other women who are exacerbated and frustrated looking for items which they have never received. They’re all frustrated with the fact that they cannot get in touch with someone from Peppermayo. This is clearly a scam and women in the United States and globally are being scammed by this company.

This site does not fully fulfill orders. Myself, along with many others I know have been sent orders with missing items or have not been sent their order at all. When emailed, the company does not respond regarding order status or refunds. They have disconnected their customer service phone numbers.
