The device I purchased from USorella was a speaker. Once I payed for the devices I was given a tracking number that never worked so I reached out the my bank to alert them of the possible scam. I also reached out to the business at [email protected] and requested a refund that I still have not received and it has been over a month. I lost $29.

It was a scam on Tik Tok from Usorella (usorella.com). There was an advertisement for a chessboard that took you to a shopify store. They say they ship the product, but after months the just say "it's lost" "It's stuck in customs" "It's on it's way". They provide a fake tracking number and in keeping communications are able to obtain credit card info, email info, address, and birthday. I lost $29.98. The link for their shopify store is no longer active. The contact email was [email protected].
