I signed up for a $1.00 reading and they did not inform me that by paying the $1.00 I was actually signed up to pay $45. Once I paid, I became suspicious and I immediately tried to cancel the service via chat. They said I would be contacted by email to cancel the account. I was never contacted, but I was charged $45 twice in one month. I contacted my credit card service and they refunded me the money requesting that I cancel the service via their website. I tried again, but was not given access to my account.
