Order item online, then I canceled as per company policy. Filed a dispute with credit card company. USANMOEA claims to have intercepted the package and will provide refund. Company notice to the credit card company claims to have delivered product. Not my house on the delivery photo from FedEx. However, original notice from company that the product was sent by USPS with a tracking number, 9200190409087100002574 from Hicksville, NY on 1/15/26. The company via email said if I canceled the dispute, they would issue a refund. Talked to credit card company on 2/20/26 and was told company has denied refund. This has been ongoing since the beginning of January 2026.
