I have been called twice by a man identifying himself as Regional Manager for USAFIS with responsibility for the Caribbean . His phone number is 917-694-1438, he indicates you have been successful in DV Lottery and all you need to do is respond to a link he will email you and pay $3000 USD to continue process. He is dangerous as he has your application number with USAFIS as well as last 4 digits of your CR CARD number and is familiar with details of your application through USAFIS.

I told him I am not comfortable with anyone asking for money and told him I would contact office of USAFIS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. He called me back a few weeks later and when I raised same concerns he hung up on me ..

I neglected to mention in original post THE NAME HE USES IS BENJAMIN JOSEPH

Diversity visa program

Scammer introduced themselves as Benjamin Joseph and he informed me that my profile was chosen for this year's DV program to relocate to the US.
However the person also asked me for my bank details and also told me that I need to pay an amount of €4,000 inorder to continue the process which is contrary to the information on the Usafis website.
