On October 4, 2020 I purchased a S h i h t z u puppy for $750. through Zelle. I received a call from PETS AIR AMERICA USA that my puppy needs a special crate because of the virus. I declined. He kept calling back (African with a French accent) advising me that the puppy is in distress and will miss the flight. I transferred the $1800 deposit for the special crate through Zelle. My daughter sat for hours waiting for her puppy. Never showed up. I filed an incident report with Montgomery County / MD/ Police Department #2000255543 and filed a form IC3 with FBI.
