USA Used Cars for Sale is a scam! They will provide you with fake vehicle transfer documents to give the impression they intend to sell you a vehicle and transfer the title to you. However, once they have received all the money for the vehicle from you, they do not ship out the vehicle. They string you along until finally you will not get any response from them. Look somewhere else if you are planning to purchase a vehicle. Keep far away from them. If you think you can only afford their vehicle because they are cheaper, you will only lose your money and still not have a vehicle. Don't trust them to send you the vehicle after you have made full payment. Do not pay them as you will not get the vehicle and they will not return your money.
