us standard van van lines professed to be an actual mover but we later discovered they were brokers. They charged us 2220$ And brokered us off to USA Logistics. USA LOGISTICS increased the price to nearly 14000.00 and demanded 7000.00 once they loaded our belongings. We were promised delivery on September 10 but they didn’t show up. When I called them they informed me they had 21 business days to deliver. This was news to us. Now it’s the 13th of September and we still do have our belongings. We have tried multiple times to contact USA LOGISTICS but no one answers the phone. It is our feeling that US STANDARD VAN LINES IS PART OF THE SCAM. They brokered us off to USA LOgistics and will do nothing to help us.

Movers showed up and doubled the initial over the phone quote(this is the con). It’s too late at this time because my was set to move from California to Texas. Then once in motion, we were told lie after lie on the the delivery date although we received our initial estimated arrival. Our things arrived 6 weeks late

Stole, damaged, lost very expensive items of mine and refuse to even look for them or help find them or refund me

My items lost are worth over 3000$ and they now refuse to even talk to me

They blocked my mobile number and every time I call them from a different number, they hang up on me

USA logistics is the worst business I have ever encountered in my life

This company takes the cake for scamming people. I started receiving emails from "Kevin" for our upcoming move from California to Texas since I had been searching for days online and entering my email for quotes from different companies. In the end, we had decided to go with

Uhual for our move but they cancelled our reservation a couple days before our move. We were in desperate need of a company and I had just received another quote from USA logistics for a much lower quote of $2100. Unfortunately we took the bait. We scheduled the reservation for pick up and they charged a deposit which was fine. However, the inconsistencies began with new information every time. I was told they needed an itemized list and had up to the day before to provide one. Another agent said they didn't need one and refused to take one the day before and that I needed to have that done 3 days before the scheduled pick up.

Come the day of pick up and the delivery guys started gathering everything to began the loading. They had me sign forms BEFORE giving me the updated quote. By the time everything was loaded my quote had gone from $2100 to $5700!!! I had now fell victim of their scheme and they refused to get my belongings off the trailer. We didn't have a choice and had to continue with them.

After all this, the driver told us our shipment would be delivered by early in the week since it had been picked up Wednesday. Monday came and I called and the man I spoke to told me now it would be Thursday. Thursday came and my husband called and they said it was still in CALIFORNIA!!! This place that calls themselves a business is nothing but a scamming low life agency. I hope they get shut down immediately!

USA Logistics provided an estimate for moving house hold items from California to Arizona. Contract was agreed upon a month in advance. Pick up date and inventory confirmed a week prior to scheduled pick up. It was communicated that a call would be received day before pick up at approximately 3:00 to 5:00 pm with exact time and driver information. Call was not received. The day of the pick still no call. After repeated attempts at calling the provided dispatch number, call was answered but dispatcher then informed me that the move and contract were being cancelled. Reason given was they do not pick up or deliver in area stated on contract. Website clearly states that USA Logistics does all moves in California, Arizona and Nevada. This company is clearly scamming people by providing low cost estimate, taking deposits with no attention of ever providing the service contracted. The owner Ben after repeated attempts to contact has not returned any calls or emails. The dispatcher Carla was very unprofessional, rude and angry on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This company is a moving company and will provide you a very competitive binding estimate for your move. A binding estimate can not legally be changed once your items are loaded onto a movers truck. However, this company will extort you for more money after they have your property in their possession. They provided me with a competitive binding estimate to move 310 cubic feet of boxes from San Francisco to Philadelphia. I personally measured the items to make sure 310 cubic feet was an accurate measurement. I also know it was 310 cubic feet because the items had been in storage taking up exactly that amount of space. USA Logistics then picked up my items and drove off. An hour later I got a call from USA Logistics claiming that I'm taking up 700 cubic feet of space and that if I didn't pay over double their binding estimate, they would throw out or auction off all of my property. Out of fear of losing everything I own, I paid the extra amount. Once the items were finally delivered in Philadelphia, I measured and asked the drivers, confirming I only had 310 cubic feet of boxes. Everyone I was able to speak with at the company was hostile and threatening.

Moving?
Do it yourself if you don’t wanna get rip off on the day of
your move.
The moving company gives one estimate over the phone and then on time to move they raise the price double or even triple sometimes even more.
The dot (department of transportation) supposed to be the ones watching those moving companies and assist when needed but the truth
They don’t give a damm
That’s why moving companies can get a way with and continues to ripoff customers
Nobody can stop them
They change business name every couple years and they keep staying and doing that
All 5 stars you see or the reviews you see is friends and family

License to ripoff customers
Rent a Truck and move yourself
You won’t be regretting
You’ll have less broken furniture and missing items.
They steal everything they need or can be sold .
Your free insurance they offer is $.60 per pound and even that you wish you’ll get.
I’ll update the new business name once is become available

This company is a scam and a fraud. They bait and switch charge over double estimates and have no accountability. Every complaint on the ScamPulse.com website is the experience I also shared with them. They need to be shut down. They are also impersonating another reputable company- copying all of their emails word for word- the other company is State to State Logistics
