Product claimed to cure tinnitus or money back. I emailed within 60 days as instructed on the website for a return authorization. I emailed a second time within the 60 day window; still no response. After the 60 day window I searched and was finally given the direct phone number from ClickBank. Cortexi representative refused refund since the 60 day window had passed and would not refer me to a supervisor.
