VA bill money for housing and books received a letter in the mail from "U.S.
treasury Electronic Payment Solution Center" "requiring" him to go direct deposit or direct express card within 30 days. I called the number and a recording said have all the information ready, bank account number, routing number, number on his student aid check s.s. number etc. I hung up and called the VA benefits, they said this is a scam.
