On March 2, 2017, I received a call from Ricky Marszalski (888) 812-7162 with U.S. Tech Solutions at the above-referenced address wanting to clean/repair my computer. They charged me $399.99. I had previously had work done by WizardTech, who had sold me the Lifetime Version of Defender Pro and PC Medic, a cleaning and system monitoring that supposedly would increase the optimization of my computer. After this work was done, I realized they had removed some of my malware. Jacob Hunter was the technician who actually performed the repair/cleaning services on my computer. However, after the work was done on my computer on March 2, 2017, I was continuing to have problems with my computer and discovered that they had removed my Bitdefender and McAfee, and I continued to have issues with my computer. On December 30, 2017, I spoke with Ricky Marszalski (I called his cell phone number that he had provided to me on March 2, 2017). He advised me that U.S. Tech Solutions was a scam/fraudulent company and that he no longer worked for them. On that date, I called U.S. Bank (800) 260-8469 and spoke with Alliah. She issued a credit on my U.S. Bank/Kroger 1-2-3 Card in the amount of $399.99, pending the receipt of the completed claim form, which I submitted on January 26,2018. Alliah requested that I call U.S. Bank in February to assure that they indeed had received this form. I called U.S. Bank today (February 14, 2017) and was advised that they had reversed the credit of $399.99 because the time had expired for me to receive this credit. I explained to them that I only became aware that U.S. Tech Solutions was a fraudulent company on January 30, 2018 at which time I called U.S. Bank to report this fraudulent claim. I am a retired widow on a very tight/fixed income and could really have benefited from this credit to my account. Therefore, I would like to receive reimbursement/refund of the $399.99 from U.S. Tech Solutions. Anything you could do to assist me in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
