Made ad look like US passport. Charged then lost info. Charged again. Never sent paperwork.

On June 7, 2021, I paid $70 for this company to process a

passport renewal application on my behalf. It's been over 6

months and the US State Department still has not received the

application. Their phone number does not receive calls.

I believe that this website is giving people the impression that they are able to renew your passport. They are then taking your information, including SSN and potential stealing your identity and using your payment method to make unauthorized purchases. I realized immediately after I hit pay that it was not a government agency website. At this time I closed out my card. Just a few hours later I received a call from my "bank" looking for information on that card claiming I had a potential fraudulent activity and asking for the security code. I hung up and called my bank and discovered they had spoofed the phone number and it was a scam caller.
