Type of a scam Phishing
Today, 2/21/2017, due to being "ON CALL" for my profession. I answered the phone number. No one answered when I answered the call. The line remained silent for a good 5 seconds. Once I actually said, "Hello?" The caller hung up.
What I am worried is occurring...
I am worried that this company is recording people's voices once they respond to a phone call. Some people do not say, "Hello?" when they answer a phone call. Some people may answer a phone call saying, "Yes, how can I help you?" The worry here is the the word, "Yes." Are they recording people voices who answer the phone. Now, this may not seem like a whole lot... But if they also have collected other information on you...such as your home address, where you bank, etc.... Now, they have a voice recording of you agreeing to something!
I looked US LEC/US LEC of Florida up through their SEC filings. And looked at some more questionable information with Google maps using the information that they filed with the SEC.

This address comes back to a company called Windstream/ Windstream holdings... I asked their investor relations if they had a any mergers with US LEC or US LEC of Florida. They said, "No, and told me that the last merger they had had was back in 2011.
So, who is US LEC / US LEC of FLORIDA? If I try to look up US LEC of Florida? If I look them up I get this address, outside of residence...weird...

Furthermore, the CEO of Windstream is Tony Thomas. Not whoever Tansukh V. Ganatra, who is operating as the CEO of US LEC but claiming an address that is not his in North Carolina.
Who are these people that are calling me and others everyday? If you type their number into google (1-904-435-0812), you'll see interactions others reported with US LEC of FLORIDA. And many people have described the same thing that just happened to me.
They call and then once you respond, they hang up...
Please investigate who US LEC of FLORIDA is... These phone calls are harassing with no method of asking to be placed on their do not call list.
