Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

This company reached out in Jan 2020 about a great offer on toner, cheaper than I was getting from WBMASON. So I said I would try one set for our office printer, to see if the quality was the same. They sent us two boxes of toner for our Brother printer, but they were so crappy. The color and black toner was faint,and did not last. So when I got the invoices in the mail for over $2000 I thought I messed up some how. So I called the number on the invoice and asked why I received so much product and an invoice for so much money, and the "salesman" explained that I had signed up for a years supply of toner for a reduced rate program, and I could not cancel or return. Keeping in mind that it was never explained to me this "program" or how much product I was getting, I tried to fight with them on the invoices. Got them reduced by half because they forced us to keep the toner. Then as an apology they sent us a George Forman Grill and MORE TONER! None of which went to any of our printers. Refused to send us the right type and take the incorrect type back. " NO RETURNS" Then a few months later after I thought I was rid of this scam they sent us a Amazon Echo thing and more toner... I knew then that I had been scammed, and I'm just thankful that my employer did not fire me for this.
