I received a pink letter in the mail indicating FINAL NOTICE. They even go to the degree of in putting your mortgage lender in the letter. I called my mortgage company to inquire and they had no record. Therefore, I called the company and spoke with someone by the name of Andrew and ask why are they sending a final notice and I don't recall receiving any previous notices. His reply was the protection was done when I got the house built. Therefore, I immediately pulled out my original paper work. He continue to explain the cost for 3 year coverage is $3,984.00. I simply told him that I decline and not interested.

Names Busey Bank as original securer of home warranty in letter on green sheet of paper addressed To The Order Of.... and note to call or verify information—which I ignored and called the bank instead
