Person on the phone said that I was eligible for a free grant from the U.S. government. I told them no and hung up the phone.

I was awarded a grant of $8,000. I just had to go to a money grant store, like Wal-Mart to pay a one time registration fee and pay a security deposit that would be returned later. They wanted me to go do this while I was still on phone with them. When I told them that I didn't have transportation right then, they told me to call them back when I could.
