My phone number is registered to WA state. I got a call from (360) are code, which is WA. Left a vmail stating my name, they would like to discuss a pending action being filed against me. Gave a reference number, stating I need to be available to sign or they will attempt to reach me at verified employment. I called back number they left 877-912-3728. A woman answered without identifying a company. Took my reference number, had attitude. Put me on hold for a while, said will look it up. Came back said the case was filed in October (it's March now, I have no issues to be aware of any legal debt or else pending). When I asked her "who is trying to serve me?" She got disrespectful, said she doesn't have to tell me anything and "just wait to be served" and hung up! I called back, a guy kept asking if I was served, I kept asking by "whom" so I can give him an answer, he would not answer my question and said will transfer me since he has no access to my file. Another disrespectful woman got on line, did not identify herself. I asked "what is the name of your company?" She said "I don't have to tell you anything. You are not paying me, are you?" I said "oh but you do. You violated my FDCPA rights and you guys messed up!" I hung up. Going to file a complaint with FTC, CFPB and my state attorney general.

I hope anyone who is experiencing this will do the same. We need to identify this company and shut them down, due to their illegal collection practices.
