Indicated FINAL NOTICE and threatened some kind of revolting of an allocated waiver. Listed the address of the home I own. Since I never received a previous notice this indicating it was a FINAL NOTICE tipped me off to a likely scam. There is what appears to be a check for $199.00 on the bottom of the notice, however in small print at the bottom it indicates THIS IS NOT A CHECK. It appears to be some kind of a scam to get the recipients to call a toll free number, likely to get them to provide info to allow the scammers access to bank records.
