Came across facebook page as Akira well known store in Chicago at way below discounted price. After purchased items online name changed to urbanessencez. I put incorrect address on check out it was updated and packsge resent. I kept getting excuses shipping delays, custom checks etc. Wanted to give 20% refund to my account thought was fishy. I received ipdated tracking emails until it said package delivered but I never received it. The timeframe was 12.23.24 thru 2.13.25. Went into Akira store spoke with manager and told them someone was using their website selling their clothes. He said a couple of people had complained and nothing they can do. Just wanted them to know about the issue.
