Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam

I paid the breeder for a munchkin kitten. He told me I would get a email with her delivery information and up dates on her location. I told him I did not want to receive any email saying I owed more money. Then the email.camr said my kitten was registered and ready.for delivery. A day later I asked about her where abouts and they said she was on the move with still.no know location. 2 days later I get a message that a lady from there service was traveling with a racoon. Who escaped it cage and infested the kitten. The kitten was to be taken to the vet for vaccines Lynme, rabies, bordatella. I now owe then $200.00 which I supposedly get back on delivery. They say the vet has noticed the kitten has headaches, decrease in appetite. If I don't pay right away the fee will be $500.00 and will increase each day she remained in their care. Needles to say I am gonna co tact the owner to pick her up. I'm not gonna accept a sick kitten and he should of been up front about all this information.

is was for a dog, i was sent photo of pup video as well i was fed how she wasn't a SCAMMERS after a lengthy text conversation the dog was 600 with delivery i gave a $200 deposit. Then a shipping company reached out via email with tracking number information then the strong arm text started. too many to type up but i have the proof of all forms of communication and website information
