I was contacted by the company UpTime Plus by email then a phone interview. I started working for the company Nov 23,2018 I got packages shipped to me then I had to resend them out an was guaranteed a salary of $2,300 after 30days. I received emails stating when my check was supposed to be sent to me an the amount i haven't received my check at all an when I try to contact them I get no reply or no answer. An when I look up the website I usually use for the company they don't exist. So I want to know what I can do to receive my paycheck.

I was contacted by a Dana Reeves, Jeremy Davenport, Jasmine Randall, and Jillian Turner. All members of the scam to do mail processing. Jeremy Davenport was from HR, Jasmine Randall my supervisor, Jillian Turner was from payroll. These individuals have a contract, summary of pay, job description, poster for how to do your job, chart, and so much more. They setup a website call shipping-crm.net witch was used to monitor employee actions, send information and track packages. My probationary period was 30 days. This would end December 28, 2018 in which I would receive my paycheck by mail. Due to the Christm[censored]iday I was told my probationary period was extended until the December 30, 2018 and my crack would be mail December 31, 2018. It is now Jan 10, 2019 the website is closed the phone number given is no longer valid, I never received compensation for the work or the items purchased to complete the job. I was involved in shipping purchases from stolen credit cards and shipping them to other locations.
