UPS SCS is supposed to be a freight forwarder in charge of collecting duties and forwarding imported shipments. Instead they bully, threaten, and attempt to defraud you. All shipping fees, brokerage, and duty for a recent shipment was paid up-front in the cost of shipment. However, I now have an alleged representative of UPS-SCS contacting me by phone and email, demanding I send payment overnight to her attention. First of all, I have already paid this up-front. Second, what business demands payment without first sending a bill for charges? After requesting a bill be sent, numerous papers on the shipment were sent. I received them on 11/7. They are signed and dated after this date. Payment states it should be remitted to a center in Chicago, IL. However, the representative has emailed demanding overnight payment to her attention in Miami, FL? It's all very deceptive and unprofessional.
