I purchased 2 packs of 20 water colors for valentines and instead of sending 40 total, they sent me 2. The water colors came with 40 valentines tags as if more water colors should have come with. The photos of the item show numerous water colors as if more that one came in a pack and it was listed as having a pack of 20. I would never pay almost $40 for two water colors when each one costs less than a dollar at the store. When I emailed them they said they reviewed the packing process and all items were included and they would give me $3 to make me feel valued. I said no and the offered $5 stating a return will cost me $50. I refused the $5. I feel like they are trying to buy me off to keep me silent. ha for a measly $5.
