Unwanted Subscription Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

So I was out shopping one day when I got stopped by a small table set up inside a bigger store. The reps were super friendly and told me they had a natural supplement that could help lower blood pressure. They were offering 6 bottles for $20, and it honestly felt like a harmless, maybe-helpful purchase.

I tried it for about a week, didn’t notice any difference, and figured—whatever, $20 lost, no big deal. I tossed the rest and moved on.

But two weeks later, I checked my bank account and saw a $240 charge from something called “Healthmoon.” That name didn’t sound familiar at all. I had to dig through my statement to even figure out where it came from.

When I Googled “Healthmoon St. Petersburg FL,” I quickly realized—they’re scammers. Apparently, they hold onto your credit card info and enroll you in a subscription you never agreed to. I never authorized that charge, never approved them to retain my info, and definitely didn’t sign up for any monthly anything.

So yeah—I got got. Just wanted to share in case anyone else runs into something like this. Always double-check those “too good to be true” deals—especially when it’s random vendors inside bigger stores. Lesson learned.
