I replied i didn’t remember taking out a loan and never repaying it so if she could provide the original lender with a date and amount for me to ascertain if i owed this money. She said well this is just to set up mefiation before they take it to court and the judge will do all that but if i wanted to keep it out of court i needed to set up a mediation. I told her no and i would wait. I have been scammed before by this type of fraud. My information has been found on the dark web and i guess this will continue.
