This actually goes back to October 20, 2016. My computer froze and I got a message, along with a woman's voice, saying I had viruses. I got scared and called the number. They were on my computer for a while allegedly cleaning it up. They sold me a security package for $399.99 for 4 years. It seemed legit until today when they called and said they received alerts that I had been hacked. I gave them access, they explored my computer and then tried to sell me another package for $299.99. That's when I hung up.
