They are a scam

I bought an engraver for my grandson for Christmas and it doesn't work. The company is a scam. No one answers the phone and they don't reply to messages. Website say's " 180 day guarantee" and "Free and easy return". Good luck on that! If you contact by email and get a response they will not give you any info on how to return. You get BS and then they stop responding to email's, WhatsApp and they website LiveChat.

Website say's based in New York but any responses you get take 24 hrs and come in the middle of the night. I think they are based in India and supply junk they get from China.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

This was a puzzle, my boss wasted 5 days in getting missing parts and setting it up. It took us more than a month with their support team for back and forth, which by the way replies after 1 day and that too in your night 1am EST!
I have requested a refund and return, for 3 days there is no response and they have blocked all my contacts.
Please don't fall in the trap like I did. Don't know why I didn't see these reviews before!

Horrible customer service

I purchased a 6550 15W Blue diode laser from their website. There were no written assembly instructions and their assemble videos were unclear, missed steps, and made me have to figure out assembly by myself. The laser will not cut anything, which leads me to believe it has a bad diode. I have been trying to contact support for over a week through their website chat, phone number, and whatsapp phone number. Nobody will answer my calls. I am about to dispute my order and get a refund.

Great engraver so far

The assembly was enjoyable, such high-quality parts and the fit is excellent. After levelling the bed, the z axis needed a run up and down to settle down, and give consistent pressure on the piece of paper that I used as a feeler gauge.
It's lovely and quiet, there is a constant fan purr but no motor noise or squeaks or clunks.
I nearly forgot to pull the plastic sheet off the top of the bed as it was hard to see..
I'd recommend this unit, it's smashing!

6 to 8 hours installation with Joe the guy who barely spoke english.

My experience is the same. I have it all installed and cannot get the software to load. Plug and play my ash. I purchased with Discover for our new business. I tried to get an RMA number no response. This is really GOOGLE's fault. They need to get control of who they are recommending! That is twice I have been scammed because of GOOGLE! Stay away from this company their laser does not include software. I have POS sitting here in the way now.

It's been said many times over. I wish I hadn't been so impulsive, and I actually felt I did a bit of research but they pay to be up front and you have to dig a bit to see all this. In any case, guess what I found. A phone number of the original guy who signed the business registry.
