harassing calls ,saying theres a complaint against me, and court papers will be drawn against me

I have received phone calls on my home phone and cell phone from a company called United Processing Services. I have not answered their calls and they have left numerous messages, without their name or company, claiming there is a case against me and I have legal documents that need to be claimed. I finally answered the call three times now and they have all said I have a case against me and that I need to call a phone number to give information because they cannot give me that info due to the info being confidential. I asked them to stop calling. They continue to call. Today, Sept. 8, 2016 at approximately 1:22 pm, I received the third call and I asked the man what his name was. He replied his name is Paul Ridgemont and is calling from United Processing Services. I told him I have received numerous calls and that this does not sound legitimate. He then hung up on me. This is clearly a scam and I hope you all do something about this quickly.
