I was completely ripped off when trying to replace my lost passport. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THEM!! ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! This is NOT a government website. You will have to pay the full price for the passport once you go to the post office. This website makes you believe that you're paying all of the fees beforehand, thats not the case. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE FRAUD!
