I was contacted at first on Facebook, supposedly by someone I know, telling me that he got $50,000 from a Free Government Grant, that I should send them a Text with the number he gave me. I did the next day, they I.D.'d themselves as Agent Michelle Rivers from United Nation Government Grant, and to fill out the app via text. I gave my name, address, phone#,income and that I own my home,occupation marital status,age . Then, they asked for a clear picture Id or D.L. That's where I drew the lineand sent nothing else. Next received "??" from the. Have not responded back to the. I contacted the person on Facebook whose acct. they hacked, he said he did not do this & would take care of his Facebook acct. Tried to report this to the local sheriffs dept, was told they would not investigate, cause the # apparently came from Texas. Someone needs to do something about this. Luckily I didn't go any further and lost no money, so fat. Beware, nothing is FREE>
