The scammer reached out after I applied to a posting on the website www.upwork.com. They requested that the interview be conducted over Skype. After small talk, they stated that the interview process included a questionnaire and needed to be filled out(questionnaire attached). After the questionnaire was filled out they stated they were reviewing it for 30 minutes. After the review they came back and said myself and 3 others were accepted to fill this role for this project. The job would pay $35.00 /hr and have anywhere from 20 - 32 hours a week. The contact Daniel Causey stated that I would need to buy equipment to perform the ob function. A laptop and a headset that would come from their company's vendor and they would "Send" a check to cover the expenses. They claimed the check would need to arrive and clear before I purchased the equipment. I insisted that I already have a high end computer and headset so I wouldn't need this. They insisted that I had to perform the duties on the company provided device.This is when I suspected the scam fully. They asked me to also fill out an HR form providing my full name, number, address, and email address.
