I worked for ensemble billing company, I work with insurance claims and needed to update my access to the UHC provider portal, on the website https://identity.onehealthcareid.com/oneapp/index.html#/login there is a support number available +1 -855-819-5909 so I called there for support but on several attempts the IVR is not the official and only provides option 1, there is no greeting from UHC but instead the machine just states "for English press 1" it doesn't matter at this point what number you choose , then it says that I've wont a $100.00 Walmart card and then I was transferred to a live person, lots of background noise and Indian accent, got asked my name, phone, email, mailing address and for "verification" as they say needed my banking or checking account, if you refuse they get mad, if you ask questions they get mad o just hung up. I called several times today 5/23/2025 and yesterday 5/22/2025. I'm a remote worker located in CR and my company uses zoom to make calls. my zoom number is 240-366-2645 EXT 5032.
