Nice young African American man appeared at door. Said was selling magazines to learn customer interaction, sales, etc. I bought 3 years of three different subscriptions and never received any. Phone number has been disconnected and "Making a Change" organization on the back of receipt with phone number 877-483-2712 is also disconnected. I see complaints about Making a Change in other states.
