I received the same phone call with the same phone number same reference number same woman's voice at least every other day and I was just wondering who do I report it to because it's obviously a scam because there's no such tracking number. Any help would be greatly appreciated oh, I would like to thank you now for all your comments. And yes it definitely is a scam.

"Hi, this is Jamie calling from United Courier Service to schedule delivery of a package. And it looks like we have been unsuccessful on two previous attempts. Please contact their original sender to reschedule delivery of this package. They can be reached at 888-266-1702. Also, please reference the following tracking number 1z4966scg4471. Thank you, and have a nice day."

The number that called me was a local area code. Also googling that number and the 888 number both only led to scammy results. Googling the tracking number led me here.

Type of a scam Phishing

They left a voicemail saying it was Jamie from United Courier Service, and they had tried to deliver a package twice unsuccessfully. They needed me to call back and left a reference number: 1Z4966SCG4471. Well - since it's Covid times, I'm at home nearly 90% of the time, working from home as well, and knew no one had attempted to deliver a package once, let alone twice. Other callers on the site said they'd spoken with these people and they were looking for personal identity information. Caller ID reflected a phone number in Carolina, RI.

Left voice mail that they were unable to deliver a package, provided a tracking number and phone number as above. When I called they requested my personal information and when I pretended not to know who they were asking about they replied that they would remove my information from their files. Oddly when answering the call the person failed to identify the company I had reached merely asking nhow she could direct my call. Obviously a scam.
