Recently, I bought a new vehicle and in the past 3 days have received two separate letters stating i have a limited amount of time allotted to the expiration of my vehicle's factory warranty coverage. The letter states I will be financially liable for any and all repairs after my factory warranty expires. However, I may still have time left to activate coverage. The extremely reputable company I bought my recent vehicle from provided me with a 5 year warranty for my car, and it covers almost everything. The letter I received is from Paul Frederick and has a QR code on the top with a Customer ID and Call By date. I am not scanning the QR code and I am not calling or responding to the letter.
