They are saying they are with the Uniform Destination help desk or IT and they need to get on the register or computer to check fraud alerts. 2 months ago, we had the same attempt, except at that time my employee did follow the persons prompts and refunded them $2000 over the phone. We caught it and canceled the refunds before the money got to them.
