On Sept 3, 2023 I ordered a sciatica/hip brace from Healthy Lab Co from a Facebook ad. They offered a guaranteed 60 day returnable transaction if you emailed them first at [email protected]. The brace did not help my husband, I notified them & was given instructions that I had to wait 21 days before I could request a return. So I did! When I emailed them again, Pam said there would be no refund as it had to be back in China (who knew) by Nov. 3rd & it may not get there. She told me I could try, but I could just keep the brace. Uh, no, that was not the return promise. So I told her I would contact you & she replied, Send it back. I returned it to China with tracking, BUT the postman told me it was only track-able to NYC; not to China (all for another $30!). So I had no way to know if it was received by them. Today I touched base with Pam by email & asked for my money back. My email was returned...not undeliverable...but returned. Please flag these shysters! I want my money back! If you have any ideas to get it, please contact me.
