Advertisement said unclaimed Amazon pallets for sale. Said Mystery super Size Box $59.99, Big Box $49.99 and Small Box $49.99. Ordered a Mystery Super Size Box for $59.99 plus $16.80 VIPshipping and handling.Gave a total of $76.79 for that order. Also ordered a Big Box for $49.99 and a Small Box for $49.99= $99.98 minus $10.00 discount plus VIP shipping and handling for $11.99 totaling $101.97 for that order. Waited 5 days before sending them an email asking why there hasn't been any updated information on the orders. They sent back an email saying order has been shipped and gave tracking number with the order numberthat was being shipped. They said to track shipment through www.17track.net/eng. Looked up the 2nd order number gave a tracking number, said label created not yet in system. Tried the next day with first tracking number and it said no information available. Tried the 2nd tracking and it still said label created not yet in system. The 3rd day looked up first tracking number and said it arrived at shipping partner facility usps awaiting item on January 7th 2025 @ 5:03 p.m. Shipment was coming from Irving, TX and shipping partner is DHL ECOMMERCE. January 8th 2025 @ 2:11 a.m it departed Irving,TX. January 14th 2025 a bag arrived in mailbox and contained 5 items. A pair of no named white ear buds (sound quality is poor), a pair of headphones that has control that fast on each side of your neck and that wraps around the back of neck and ear pieces are attached with a cord( quality of these not bad but for the price paid should have been better.), a charging cord that has 3 different end ( 1 for iphones 1 c and 1 for the old android phones) that rolls in and out quality not bad but pricing wise should of been better, there was also a handheld game that has a very bad imaging and controlling Mario is very poor definetly isnt worth the price paid, and there was a watch that will count steps, heart rate can connect to phone. I bought one of these from walmart cheaper. Waited 2 days before contacting them again about the other order which they claimed they didn't have in their system but on the receipt they emailed it says any questions or concerns to contact them. They asked for proof of the other order, i sent a copy of the receipt they sent. They emailed back the next day apologizing but they only see 1 order. After dealing with the same response from them and me taking them they ripped us off, they emailed back saying they will refund 15% of the cost. I emailed back and said we will accept the 15% refund for the order received which we thought was the $59.99 order. And we want a full refund for the $101.97 which was never received. And we are turning them into the Better Business Bureau. Yesterday they emailed back and said that there were 2 orders placed and in order to facilitate our receipt of the package and save shipping cost we put the products of 2 orders in the same package and sent them to us and they will refund 15% of the total amount of both orders. They sent us 5 products that are nowhere near 10 or 15% of the value of what was paid.
