Received email for patches at $14.95 and free shipping. There were so many upsells the i quit. I was charged $36.85 even though I did not place an order.

I received a letter in the mail stating I contacted FirstMedFoundation by phone and enrolled in their service and would be charged $38.97/mo. It was accompanied by a similar letter from "Shop-Smart247" for $29.59/mo. and one from IDSolutionGroup for $34.92/mo. All three used the same return address. I did not call or sign up for ANY of these services.

Mother received 3 letters in one envelope from 3 companies named ID Solution Group, First Med Foundation and Shop-Smart 247 with the same physical address but each with different email and websites. . Each of them stated she spoke to them by phone and enrolled in their services. The letters state she will be billed to the credit card she provided. She is 86 years old and did not remember if she she spoke to someone or gave a card number. Charges were noted as 34.92, 38.97, 29.59 per month for each company. She received I’d cards to input into their websites. We are watching her credit cards to make sure nothing is charged since this clearly looks to be a scam.
