Type of a scam Online Purchase
I have no idea what I did that ended up with me giving another credit card number.
I had never heard of Keto (I sure have now) and never in my long life have I felt the need to diet. I surely would not have checked to buy Keto pills.
I began to get billed $198.70 on my 2nd credit card. On Nov. 7, 2019, I received in the mail a package (soft so I could feel 5 bottles in it).
I did not open it,. Nov. 8th I took it to the P.O. where the clerk said since I hadn't opened it she could just write refused and I would not even owe postage. My credit card company (trying to solve this) asked for a receipt from the P.O. that I returned it. The clerk remembers the episode but said since no money changed hands she can't print out a receipt.
I am still getting billed. I talked to the Keto number on my bill several times. Their firm answer was "we don't give refunds".
My credit card company (Visa) has worked on this for months but got nowhere and is about to give up.
They seem to think I saw Keto's home page. I never did and still haven't.
I know the whole thing is a scam as several days after the NYPL survey, I was on my local funeral home looking for an obituary and got the same 5 question questionnaire.
I don't feel I should have to pay this large amount but don't know where to turn.

They advertise certain deals but will overcharge your credit card.
They do not ship items per original ordered date specified by them. They have horrible customer service support, who do not speak English and do not know what they are doing.
They will not respond to your emails either.
Terrible company that the sharks supported and backed up. Horrible
