On March 5, 2019, Kevin Harrell came to my home to give me an estimate for a extension on my driveway and in 18 x 35‘ cement slab. He drew up his proposal and I excepted it. A couple days later he came by to pick up a deposit in the amount of $7500. He told me at that time that he would put me on the schedule and contact me. He sent me a text saying that I was on the schedule for late spring. After countless phone calls by me and going back-and-forth with him late spring became two weeks later or by June. In June he came and collected another $4000.00 with the promise of having me done by the beginning of July. That then became the middle of July due to his DTE contracts and unforeseen delays. I have had countless start dates and finish dates told to me by Kevin Scott Harrow( from Shelby Twp. It is now November 22 and no work has been done. I contacted Problem Solvers at Channel 2 who made contact with him. I am also seeking litigation against him. I will be going to my police department and filing a report against him for the fraud perpetrated against me. He is a con man who projects himself as a family man and legitimate business man. He is anything but. Beware of this crook.
