Contract looked legit, he had got a dog this way before & had no issues!! The initial payment was $800.00 with $110.00 shipping fee paid thru Zella to this email ([email protected])
As soon as money was sent everything still looked fine, he had all the airport info sorted for pick up with tracking number. He tried the tracking & it had all the right information. So he still taught it was ok...then the shipping company (WWW.TRANSPETWAYS.COM) contacted him with an issue about the dogs safety!! This is when he realized it was a scam!!!!! they said they couldn't ship the dog without a special crate or the dog may DIE!!!!!!!!! they sent pictures of crates available 1: $2000.00 2: $1500.00 & 3: $2500.00. He contacted them immediately & said that it not right that he had contacted the airlines & they said no, also he had dogs shipped before so he knew himself. He said no way to them & to send the dog back to the breeder. he immediately contacted the breeder James Seaborne who told him that he would get the crate money back when the dog was delivered safely!! he even said that he would pay half the price of the crate to help him out!!!!!! He said no that he didn't want the dog anymore & to please refund the money the same way it was sent, he said sure but it would take 3/5 days for transaction to go thru..He is still waiting for the refund :( Please find a way to close this website down so no one else gets caught.......

They leverage the heartfelt needs and wants of pet owners and seemed to be very trustworthy. They would even send pictures via email and text messaging to create the allure that they did indeed have the puppy and were actually interacting with it while trying to get it to you. When they stated that they had dipped the puppy off to the shipping company, they went "dark" and were no longer available on the phone or over email and text.
