Fake job interview and check scam from UKG
After accepting, I was sent an offer letter, W4 form and a direct deposit form. Once the forms were completed they were to be scanned and sent back to them via email. I was also instructed to send them pics of my driver's license. I was told that I would receive a check from them for me to deposit a check into a bank account for equipment needed for the position, got the list of position. They emailed a check- both the front and back - which I thankfully deposited into an account that was empty and I don't use. Attached document is how it started. Stupid me gave them sensitive information and now I am a new customer of Lifelock.
