I ordered the Sol light from Tyka Pryde Feb. 3, 2026 for $220 and still have not received my item. I've emailed numerous times, got offered a free upgrade and received one refund of $19.80 on June 17 and another refund of $22.00 for not receiving my item in a reasonable time. Now being in September I've reached out again to Tyka personally on Instagram and I was told that I would get a complete refund since she does not know what's going on with the order due to her fulfillment partner and to be on the lookout for a refund, that has never came. I'm now involving my bank to fight back the charge because this is so unprofessional. I hope no one else has to deal with this but unfortunately I've read hundreds of these same situations on social media and a few have finally reached out to the Better Business Bureau.
